During a recent visit to my dentist, I received a recommendation to consider a toothpaste with Hydroxyapatite, a mineral known for enamel support. I saw this toothpaste on Vine, and was keen to try it out. It’s been a unique addition to my oral care routine, although it’s still early to judge its enamel-repairing effects fully. One of the pleasant aspects is the familiar, refreshing sensation it offers, similar to other toothpaste brands I’ve used before. This has made the switch to a fluoride-free option quite comfortable. I’ve found a routine that works for me, alternating between this toothpaste and my regular fluoride one. It’s reassuring to know that this toothpaste is made locally in the UK. Supporting local products always feels good and gives me confidence in its quality. Although I can’t yet confirm its long-term enamel-repairing effects, I’m looking forward to seeing how my teeth feel and look with continued use. For now, I appreciate the fresh sensation and the assurance of using a UK-made product.

It is a great choice for taking care of your teeth. The English Mint flavor is refreshing and not too strong. This toothpaste is special because it contains hydroxyapatite, which is like a super-ingredient for teeth. It helps to strengthen and rebuild tooth enamel, making your teeth healthier. It’s a good option for people who might have sensitive teeth. The tube is a good size and will last a while. You don’t need to use a lot of toothpaste with each brush, so it’s economical. One thing to note is that the English Mint flavor might not be everyone’s favorite, but it’s not overpowering. If you prefer a more traditional mint taste, this toothpaste is a good choice.It’s effective and has a pleasant minty taste. Your teeth will thank you for using it!

I like this, you could eat or drink anything after brushing with this toothpaste since it tastes like nothing and doesn’t leave a bad/ spicy feeling/taste in your mouth after. It does have a very slight film after using it and my teeth feel very clean. I’m excited since after a week or so of using it, my teeth feel a bit smoother? Like I feel the re-mineralisation is happening and I will be buying this after I’ve finished this tube. I have felt that I need to use more of this than other toothpastes since it doesn’t really foam up as much as others, so keep in mind you might be using this quicker if you’re not used to using toothpastes that don’t foam that much.

As someone who struggles with the intense flavour of most toothpastes it’s a refreshing change to find a toothpaste that’s not intensely minty! I also like the fact that even after just a few days there was visibly a difference in the colour and texture of my teeth (for the better)

I’ve hunted high and low for a hydroxyapatite toothpaste that’s remineralising and fluoride-free. This has a surprisingly mild flavour and less ‘soapiness’ than commercial toothpaste. The price is more than average toothpaste, but when you consider the quality of the ingredients and the composition, the price is more than justifiable.

I’ve only used this toothpaste for a few days but so far I’m pleased with the clean feeling that lasts throughout the day. My mouth feels so clean even after eating which normally with others feels like you have something on your teeth. This cleans my whole mouth without the usual burning sensation I get with most mint toothpastes, also no harsh ingredients and the fact that it helps replenish minerals is a plus!

Overall, I am pretty happy with this toothpaste. Definitely recommend it.

It’s very difficult to say if this works specifically – that’s the same with most items of this nature, however what you can say is how fresh a lovely it is to use. Being fluoride free, this may be an option for you if you’re looking to move in that direction.

Nicest flavour toothpaste I’ve tried. Very nice!

There isn’t enough of this type of product on the market, there’s many people like myself who doesn’t like to use fluoride toothpaste and it’s so hard to find good tasting and good quality (as well as providing protection for the enamel) granted it is expensive but it does last a while if you actually use a pea size! So far so good, it’s a winner with all the family and a new firm favourite!

OUR STORY

Dentist Designed

Being brought up in a health-conscious household, with a naturopathic nutritionist as a mother, I have always been interested in holistic health and wellness.

Whilst practising dentistry, I noticed there was very little option for patients that did not want to use fluoride toothpaste. A lot of the non-fluoride alternatives do not contain any remineralising ingredients, meaning they are not actively helping to prevent tooth decay.

That’s when I decided to develop my own range – Dimples. Based on science, and influenced by my own interest in health, I believe Dimples provides the best alternative options on the market.

My goal was to create a brand that had a positive effect on your teeth, your health and the planet.
